摘要：这些年以来，计算机技术的高度发展使得其在社会各领域越发的不可替代, 而随之单片机技术的发展也使其相关应用正在不断地走向深入，同时带动了传统控制检测日新月益的更新。 IC 卡考勤机是在实际工作生产中提出的研究课题，在实际工作中对每个员工的出勤情况的统计是企业事业单位人力资源管理的一项重要内容。智能 IC 卡考勤机能够智能的记录员工的出勤、缺席、迟到、早退次数，以此来更好的约束员工养成良好的出勤习惯。每个员工在一定时间内的出勤情况一目了然，方便了领导对员工出勤情况的统计。
本设计主要采用高性能、低功耗的STC89C52 单片机为控制核心,键盘输入、显示和存储采用串口连接的方式，键盘输入为4×4 键盘，键盘除了0~9 十个数字键外还设有方便查询工作的功能键，12864液晶显示屏在平时可显示年、月、日或时间，每个员工在上班和下班的时候打卡，系统自动记录打卡时间，然后和系统设定好的时间进行对比，从而判定员工的出勤，缺席，迟到，早退情况，智能 IC 卡考勤机会将员工每天的出勤情况进行累加，方便查询者更快的了解员工一个阶段的出勤状况。 本设计力争做到准确、实用、节省时间、操作方便。

Each employee in a certain time attendance at a glance, convenient a leadership to the employee's attendance of statistics.
This design mainly adopts the high performance, low power consumption STC89C52 microcontroller as control core, keyboard input, display and storage of the serial port connection way, the keyboard input for 4 x4 keyboard, the keyboard in addition to 0 ~ 90 digital key outside also has a convenient inquires the work function keys, 12864 LCD screen can be shown in ordinary day, month and year or time, each staff at work and in the evening punch, the system can automatically record clock time, and then set good time for comparison system by which to judge the employee attendance, absent, to be late, intelligent IC attendance opportunity will employees daily attendance cohorts, convenient inquirers faster understanding staff a stage of the attendance status. This design strive to be accurate, practical, save time, easy to operate.
