摘要:此设计采用组态王6.53软件作为控制系统的软件开发平台，选用研华亚当4000系列数据采集模块以及RS-485传输通讯技术把现场仪表，仪器与上位机连接起来，构成实时监控的控制系统。
随着社会经济发展，城市化人口集居式生活越来越普遍，城市各类小区发展建设随之快速产生，同时也对小区的基础设施提出了更高的要求。小区的热水供应系统建设也是其中的一个重要方面，热水供应的可靠性、经济性、稳定性直接会影响小区住户的正常生活和工作，更甚者还会引发各种社会问题。
21世纪以来，计算机技术迅猛发展，随之衍生出各种科技技术产品，并大力运用于人的衣食住行之中，为人的生活带来巨大的便利。在此设计中，控制系统采用软件实现，在控制精度满足要求的前提下，大大减少了系统的一次设备的投入，即经济效益也随之提高。

ABSTRACT:This design uses the control system software of Kingview6.53as software development platform, using Adam4000 series data acquisition module and RS-485communication technology to the field instrument, instrument and PC connected together, constitute the real time monitoring control system.

In this design, the control system realized by software, the control accuracy can meet the requirements of the premise, greatly reducing system an input device, namely economic benefits increases.

近年来，计算机控制技术的发展突飞猛进，拥有良好的人机界面(HMI)已经成为广大用户的迫切需求。在工程设计过程中提供一个可靠、直观、实时有效的HMI也日益引起人们的高度重视。对于工程项目来说，既要做出高质量的HMI，又要控制成本。在组态软件出现之前，工控领域的用户通过手工或委托第三方编写HMI的应用程序，开发时间长、效率低，可靠性差；或者购买专用的工控系统，通常是封闭的系统，选择余地小，往往不能满足需求，很难以外界进行数据交互，升级和增加功能都受到严重的限制。组态软件的出现，把用户从这些困境中解脱出来，可以利用组态软件的功能，构建一套最合适自己应用的系统。组态软件是随着分布式控制系统及计算机技术的日趋成熟而发展起来的，尤其是近几年，随着计算机网络技术的发展，使得监控设备之间的互连变得更加简便，提高了自动化工程的工作效率，减少了系统维护和升级的费用。组态王是北京亚控公司生产的一款全中文组态软件，具有较高的性价比和很多优异性能。
