摘要:供应红草地区的输电线路已接近满载运行,并已无路径供新增负荷,而且用电负荷也增长较快,预计在2015年该地区电负荷将达到40MW。广东电网公司汕尾供电局根据分层分区的供电原则,并按《汕尾市 “十一五” 电网规划》,拟定在红草镇建设一座110kV变电站,来满足该地区用电需求,同时也改善了汕尾城区的110kV主网结构及10kV配电网结构,提高供电的质量和可靠性。

本文主要内容是汕尾110kV红草变电站一次部分的初步设计,包括主接线选择、主变的选择、短路电流计算、直流系统设计、高压电器设备选型、母线系统设计、配电装置设计、防雷接地保护设计及部分图纸绘制与修改。

其中,课题研究的负荷、主变容量及台数都已给定,主要完成的设计任务是确定红草站接入系统方案、选择电气主接线方式、选择主变压器、计算短路电流,并根据短路电流结果选择高压电器设备;直流系统、母线系统、配电装置、防雷和接地保护均采用南方电网2009年版的《南方电网变电站标准设计细化方案,第三卷 110kV变电站标准设计细化方案,第十篇 CSG-110B-3B24AWD方案》;另外,结合红草站实际来修改典型设计图纸。

110kV红草变电站最终规模为三台50MVA的双绕组变压器;110kV共4回架空出线,采用单母线断路器分段接线,10kV共36回电缆出线,采用单母线双分段四段母线接线。
