摘 要:在基于PLC的自动钢板控制系统设计中,设计了PLC控制系统总体方案 ,给出了软、硬件设计与实现方案。在硬件设计部分,阐述了电动机主电路及其电器控制电路的设计过程,给出了这电路的电器元件的选择结果。在控制电路的设计部分,阐述了I/O接线图的设计过程,给出PLC及其输入/输出元件的选择结果。在软件设计部份详细地阐述了PLC用户程序的设计过程,其中包括对公用程序、手动程序、自动程序、计算脉冲数和落刀量与故障报警程序的设计过程的阐述,并给出了上述所有程序的梯形图。

ABSTRACT:In the steel plate control system design based on PLC, the author designed the overall program of the PLC control system, and gave the hardware and software design and implement program. In the part of hardware design ,the design process of the motor main circuit and its electrical control circuit was elaborated, and the choice result of the electrical components of these two circuits was given. Part of the design of the control circuit , the author described the design process of the I / O wiring diagram , and gave the selection result of PLC and its input / output component. In the part of software design , the design process of the PLC user program including the utility, manual process , automated procedures and fault alarm program design process was described in detail, and the ladder and instruction list of all the above steps were given.
