摘  要:近年来,随着经济的飞速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,致使车辆拥有率递增,产生了高速公路拥挤、安全和污染等的题应,给人们的生活、通行带来了许多不便。建立一套先进、完善、高效的高速公路收费系统已成为高速公路建设的重要任务。高速公路收费系统的发展,经历人工收费方式、半自动计算机人工收费方式、全自动计算机收费方式的三次转变。随着中国高速公路建设的发展,高速公路收费站日益成为高速公路运营管理中的重要环节,同时也成为高速公路交通的瓶颈地段。如何设计一套完善的收费系统,使收费站能兼顾运营者和使用者的需求,更好地服务于高速公路是研究的重点和难点。

    本文在分析国内外收费系统运行和发展状况的基础上,将工业控制中的PLC运用于收费系统的仿真和设计中,利用组态软件模拟界面,使收费系统不但具备传统收费系统优点,而且吸收了的方便灵活,适应性、抗干扰性强,对环境要求低,系统稳定,可扩展性好等优点。在分析收费系统需求特性的基础上,运用组态软件进行模拟仿真,进行了收费管理界面开发,生成了实时数据报表,为收费系统的进一步设计、研究奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT:Summary in recent years, with the rapid economic development and constantly improve people's living standard, and vehicle ownership rate increased highway congestion, safety and pollution problems,, traffic has brought a lot of inconvenience to people's lives. Establish an advanced, comprehensive and efficient expressway toll system of highway construction has become an important task. Development of Expressway toll system, experienced manual charge mode manual charge mode,automatic, semi-automatic computer charges three changes. With the development of China's highway construction, highway toll station is increasingly becoming an important link in the expressway operation management, and also become a traffic bottleneck section of the Expressway. How to design a perfect system, and the charging station can balance the needs of operators and users, better serve highway is the focus of research and problems. 

    This in analysis both at home and abroad charges system run and development situation of based Shang, will industrial control in the of PLC using Yu charges system of simulation and design in the, using Group State software simulation interface, make charges system not only with traditional charges system advantages, and absorption has of convenient flexible, adaptability, and anti-interference sexual strong, on environment requirements low, system stability, can extended sexual good, advantages. Analysis of demand characteristics of the charging system on the basis of application of configuration software in simulation, charging management interface, real-time data reports are generated, laid the Foundation for further design, study of the charging system.
