摘要:电力系统是由发电、变电、输电、供电、配电、用电等设备和技术组成的一个将一次能源转换为电能的统一系统。电能是现代社会中最重要、也是最为方便的能源。而发电厂正是把其他形式的能量转换为电能,电能经过变压器和不同电压等级的输电线路输送并被分配给用户,再通过各种用电设备转换为适合用户需要的其他形式的能量。再输送电能的过程中,电力系统希望线路有比较好的可靠性,因此在电力系统受到外界干扰时,保护线路的各种继电装置应该有比较可靠的、及时的保护动作,从而切断故障点降低电力系统供电范围。电力系统继电保护就是为达到这个目的而设置的。

   本次继电保护设计的是35kV线路电网的电流保护配置及整定计算、电力保护。本文首先介绍了此次设计要点,根据给定35kV网络的接线图及参数,对短路电流进行整定计算,制定出反应其输电线路上短路故障的继电保护配置方案。通过对所配置的继电保护进行整定计算和校验,论证继电保护配置的正确性。

ABSTRACT:Power system is by power generation, substation, transmission, power supply, power distribution, electrical equipment and technology consisting of a convert primary energy to the unification of the power system. Electricity is the most important in the modern society, is also the most convenient sources of energy. And power plants is the other forms of energy converted to electrical energy, electric energy through the transformer and different voltage grade of transmission lines and is assigned to the user, then converted to through a variety of electric equipment is suitable for other forms of energy to meet the needs of users. Again in the process of transmission power, the electric power system hope that line has a good reliability, so in electric power system is outside interference, protection circuit of relay device should have more reliable and timely protection movement, thereby cutting off fault point reduce electricity .

  The relay protection design of 35 kV line current protection configuration and setting calculation of power grid, power protection. At first, this paper introduces the design key points, according to a given 35 kV network wiring diagram and the parameters, to setting calculation of short-circuit current, to develop a response to the fault on the transmission line relay protection configuration scheme. Based on the configuration of relay protection setting calculation and checking, demonstrate the correctness of the relay protection configuration.
