摘要:本设计基于AT89S52 单片机,以他励直流电动机的数学模型和无静差直流调速理论为理论依据,完成了无转速传感器的直流调速系统的初步设计。实现了直流调速系统的数字化和无速度传感器化,在满足一般工程需要的请情况下,为直流调速系统节省了一套测速装置,既节省了成本,也提高了系统的稳定性。随着微机技术和电力电子技术的发展,高速微处理器和高速开关管应用于直流电动机调速成为可能,打破了以往直流电动机串电阻调速和一些低效率调速的历史。本文用直流电动机的数学模型来估算电机的转速,克服了传统速度传感器的抗干扰性不强的缺点。
