摘要:医院污水的处理近年来越来越受到重视。医院污水包括医疗污水和生活污水两部分,主要来自医院门诊部和住院部的化验室、手术室、药剂室、洗衣房、浴室等部门。由于医院污水中含有较多的病原菌,因此,对该种废水的治理必须引起足够的重视。否则会造成病原菌的扩散和传播,危害人的身体健康,污染环境。
根据设计任务,本设计选用生物接触氧化工艺做为医院污水的处理工艺,具有投资少,运行费用低,自动化程度高,噪音小的特点,并且处理水质能达到国家规定的排放标准。本设计说明书重点说明了生物接触氧化工艺在处理小区生活污水时所采用的运行参数、设计的计算方法和过程,以及一些常用水处理构筑物的设计计算方法,通过设计能达到预期的处理效果。

Abstract:Hospital sewage treatment in recent years more and more attention. Hospital sewage including medical waste water and sewage in two parts, mainly from the outpatient department and inpatient hospital laboratory, operating room, pharmacy room, laundry room, bathroom and other departments. Since the hospital contains more pathogens in sewage, so this kind of wastewater treatment must be taken seriously enough. Otherwise it will result in the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria and spread, harm people's health, pollute the environment. According to the design task, the design uses biological contact oxidation process as the hospital sewage treatment process, low investment, low operation cost, high degree of automation, low noise characteristics, and address water to meet the national emission standards. This design guide highlights the biological oxidation process in sewage treatment area when the operating parameters used in the design of the calculation methods and processes, and structures of some common design and calculation of water treatment method, designed to achieve the desired treatment effect.

医院污水来源及成分复杂,不同部门科室排出的污水成分和水量也各不相同,除含有大量的细菌、病毒、虫卵等致病病原体外,还含有化学药剂、重金属、消毒剂、有机溶剂、酸、碱和放射性同位素等。这些污水具有空间污染、急性传染和潜伏性传染的特征,危害性很大。如果未经有效处理排放进入城市下水道或自然水体,往往会造成水体、土壤的污染,引发各种疾病或导致介水传染病的暴发流行,严重危害人们的身体健康。
