摘要:无论是哪个公司或是商店若要进行商业活动,都有很多的进货、销售、库存数据需要管理。手工管理这些繁杂数据的方式已经不适应时代的潮流,实现数据规范化、自动化的计算机管理是企业事业单位高效运作的必然要求。
本进销存管理系统采用Visual Basic语言和SQL Server数据库,其优点在于软件开发效率高,客户操作方便。该系统主要包括系统登录时身份验证,交易管理中进货登记、销售登记、进货厂商的登记,进货统计,利润统计,实现各类报表的浏览,对进出货物进行综合查询,对商品利润及商品库存信息进行及时的报表统计,所有操作都可以由管理员完成。
论文主要介绍本系统的实现过程,包括需求分析、系统设计、总体设计、各个模块的设计。

Abstract:No matter which company or store to commercial activities, there are a lot of purchase, sales, inventory data need to be managed. Manual methods to manage these complex data, no longer meet the trend of the times, data standardization, and automated computer management is the efficient operation of enterprises and institutions, a necessary requirement.
The inventory management system using Visual Basic language and SQL Server database, the software development advantages of high efficiency, customer easy to operate. The system including the system logon authentication, transaction management in the stock register and sales register, purchase vendor registration, purchase statistics, profits statistics, the realization of various reports of the visit, a comprehensive check on incoming and outgoing goods, inventory of goods and merchandise profits information and timely reporting system, all operations can be done by the administrator.
Paper describes the system implementation process, including needs analysis, system design, overall design, the design of each module.
