摘要:随着信息化社会的发展，教育信息化已成为国家信息化发展的重要组成部分，成为教育现代化的重要标志。为了更好地发挥信息化在高校教育中的应用，促进教育结构优化、教育资源合理配置、转变教育思想和观念、培养创新型人才，论文致力于研究江苏省高校教育的信息化建设问题。首先根据江苏省高校教育信息化建设调研报告中关于高校基础设施建设、资源建设情况和信息化保障机制三个方面的相关数据，对江苏省高校教育信息化现状进行研究分析。从中发现一些潜在的问题并提出相应的意见和建议。这些问题归根结底是信息化技术上的问题，它已不能满足学校教育的需求，急需得到新技术的支持。紧接着介绍当今社会最热门的技术手段--云计算,将之和高校教育信息化建设相结合。分析其在教育信息化中的应用情况。最后以徐州工程学院为例，提出将云计算运用到学校机房信息化中去的构想，模拟构建桌面虚拟化云计算平台系统。该方案的成功实施可以使学校的资源浪费情况、教师的教学进度受阻情况以及学生的学习效率问题等得到很好的改善和提高。鉴于云计算技术尚未成熟，该研究目前只局限于构想层面。但是随着信息科技的发展，云计算技术会越来越成熟，并在未来高校教育信息化的建设中作出更大的贡献。
