摘要:我国的心理咨询从20世纪80年代开始得到重视，以前所未有的速度迅猛发展，并朝向职业化的道路前进。随着信息化网络化的发展，对通过网络平台进行心理咨询的需求也越来越高。在现实生活中，当事人对这种面对面的交流的压力与尴尬，咨询地点、时间的限制，咨询人资料的书写保存等种种不便利就要求营造一种平等与轻松的心理咨询方式，因而要求一种经济、省时的咨询方式，心理咨询网就应运而生。
本文首先介绍了课题背景，研究现状与意义。然后介绍了相关的技术与工具，主要包括JDBC,MYSQL,JSP,B/S模式。然后对系统进行需求分析，说明系统需求和主要功能，使用UML用例图，活动图等。再次介绍了系统的设计，采用B/S架构体系，整个系统用到了UML用例图，顺序图，活动图，类图等。采用软件工程的方法，以心理咨询为例绘制类图。之后是数据库设计，遵循3范式。再次是系统实现，使用JAVA语言，用到了JSP技术，采用MYSQL作为数据库服务器，最后是介绍了整个系统的测试，以心理咨询为例进行测试。

Abstract:Our mental advisory from the 1980s began to receive attention, the rapid development of an unprecedented rate, and toward the professionalization of the advance. With the development of information network, through the network platform for mental advisory are also increasing. In real life, Face to face pressure and embarrassment, the limit of consulting location and time, data retention , required to create an equal and easy way to psychological counseling, an economical, time-saving way of advice, counseling network came into being.
This paper first introduces the subject of background research status and significance. It introduced the technology and tools, including JDBC, MySQL, JSP and B / S mode. It analysis the demands of the system, explaining requirements of system and the main function, using UML use case diagram, activity diagram. It introduced the design of system, and the B / S architecture system.The system uses UML use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and class diagram. It uses methods of software engineering, Mental counseling as an example to draw class diagrams. It introduced the design of database, follow the 3 paradigm. It uses the Java language and JSP technology, using MySQL as the database server. Finally, it introduced system testing, Mental counseling as an example to be tested.
