摘 要:钢铁是国民经济的支柱,电炉炼钢的原料是废钢,能源是电能。不仅是对资源的回收利用,同时也保护环境。电炉炉盖升降和旋转装置能使电炉炉盖既能与电炉炉体同时倾动,又能与炉体产生相对位移的使炉膛露出,实现装料的要求。通常,电炉的炉盖升降和旋转均采用液压驱动,可以使炉盖在工作过程中能减少冲击、震动以避免造成电极的折断,以确保电弧炉正常冶炼操作的安全性和可靠性。因此,对电炉炉盖装置进行合理设计具有十分重要的意义。
本文主要介绍为某钢厂所设计的90t电炉炉盖升降和旋转装置。主要内容有:方案论证、液压系统的设计计算,炉盖支撑部分的设计,以及装置的安装、使用和维护等。

ABSTRACT:Steel is the backbone of the national economy, it is the most commonly used in electric furnace steelmaking equipment. raw material of steelmaking is scrap, energy is an electric, not only is the recycling of resources, but also protect environment. Furnace cover lifting and rotary device can make the furnace cover capable of tilting and electric furnace body at the same time, but also can produce the furnace body and the relative displacement of the show, realize the charging requirements. Usually, electric furnace cover lifting and rotation is driven by hydraulic pressure, which can make the furnace cover in the work process can shake to avoid electrode broken impact and reduce the pressure, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of electric arc furnace smelting the normal operation. Therefore, it is very important for the rational design of furnace cover device has the significance.
This paper mainly introduces the design of 90t furnace for a steel cover lifting and rotating device. The main contents are: the design and calculation of hydraulic system, the scheme argumentation, furnace cover support part design, as well as the installation, use and maintenance.
