摘 要:为了满足人们对客观需要，通过其本身环境来满足人们精神文化更高层次的追求，随着社会的变化人们对餐饮空间室内环境艺术文化层次提出了更高的要求。作为现代餐饮空间设计就必须考虑其文化功能,最大限度地满足消费者的化理需要,通过传达深层的主题信息,反映出特定的文化观念和生活方式,创造出引人入胜的空间环境形象。
当今的我们生活在这车水马龙的城市，人们每天都忙碌着工作，与大自然的接触越来越少。由于家庭、工作、社会的压力人们需要一个放松的环境进行缓和一下自己的心情。日式风格设计中庭院作为日本最独特的一种文化景观,推崇的自然、宁静、淡雅节制、深邃禅意。在这样的就餐环境里顾客们在就餐的同时也的到了精神上的放松，所以日式餐饮空间室内特征被越来越多的人所喜爱。日本文化对日式庭院风格，包括它的材料、装饰色彩、装饰元素、空间造型等等都是紧扣着日本文化的特征。
