摘要:实现科学养殖饲料的营养配置是关键,一些动物的饲料的配置要求高,比如宠物及动物园的一些珍稀动物。由人工来配置不能达到要求,而且效率不高,对于动物园及宠物养殖户来说配料及搅拌的劳动量还比较大,据了解现在专门用于精饲料配置及搅拌为一体的专业机器还没有,这很大程度上制约了养殖的科学性和高效性。
针对上面的情况,需要设计出一台能完成相应任务的机器来代替人工搅拌和配料的饲料机器。本设计为宠物猪的饲料搅拌机。由专业的机器来完成人们的劳动还可以避免人工搅拌和配料的一些不足,既能完成相应的任务,又能提高劳动生产率和改善人们的劳动条件,最终实现生产的高度机械化和自动化,从而促进我国国民经济的发展,改善人民生活。
第一章首先介绍了本设计选题的目的及意义,阐述了现在的发展状况。第二章是本设计的主要部分,包括原动机的选择、减速器的设计、搅拌轮的设计,搅拌轴的设计。第三章是控制配料装置的设计,控制程序的设计。第四章是总结本设计的优点和不足。

The second chapter is the design of the main parts, including the original motivation for the choice, reducer design, mixing round design, the design of agitating shaft. The third chapter is to control the batching device design, the design of the control program. The fourth chapter is a summary of the design of the advantages and disadvantages.

选题的目的及意义
实现科学养殖饲料的营养配置是关键,对于一些特殊的动物饲料的配置要求高,由人工来配置不能达到要求,而且效率不高,对于大型养殖户来说劳动量还比较大,据了解现在专门用于精饲料配置及搅拌的专业机器还没有,这很大程度上制约了养殖的科学性和高效性。若使用本设计的搅拌机可以科学的进行饲料混合,而且操作简单,实现科学养殖,生产自动化,节省劳动力和时间。
国内外发展状况
在我国的大多数养殖户的养殖方法还不叫落后,机械的运用相对国外发达国家较落后,养殖户在饲料的搅拌和配比都是由人工来完成,还没有一台专业的设备来代替人力完成相应的任务,人们都是用手来搅拌混合饲料,饲料的配比也只是靠经验来完成,非常的不科学,劳动效率低。所以应该设计出比较专业的饲料搅拌和配比的机器,来提高生产率,提高养殖的科学水平,改善人们的生活条件,促进国民经济发展。
