摘要:此设计以数字电路为基础,以555定时器集成电路为核心构成的单稳态触发器和多些振荡器组成控制空气净化器消毒、清新、遥控控制、声控延时开关以及臭氧发生电路的设计。555定时器是中规模集成定时器,一种多用途的数字-模拟混合集成电路,利用它能极方便的构成施密特触发器、单稳态触发器和多谐振荡器。

   本设计555定时器的应用是一大突出特点,以555定时器为核心构成了多种控制电路。设计以555定时器为核心与用单片机设计相比大大降低了成本也免去了编程的复杂,同时也是对555集成电路的一个更深入理解和应用。此外本设计除了应用大量数字电路知识外也融合了传感器方面的知识,另外应用更多的还有继电器。设计能很好的实现其功能的控制继电器的使用是必不可少。

    本设计经过理论分析结合实践对控制电路进行了实验仿真设计和实物制作两大方面的设计。其中包括对声控延时电路的设计、电源电路的设计、遥控电路设计、清新电路设计、消毒电路设计、臭氧发生电路设计。首先,对控制电路进行工况分析,获取相关数据后进行计算和分析后拟定空气净化器控制电路原理图,选定控制电路元件,之后进行控制电路的仿真实验。然后,根据控制电路原理图进行实物的焊接。其中包括:理论方面的设计仿真实验和实物方面的制作。

Abstract:The design of digital circuit based on 555 timer, integrated circuit as the core components of the monostable trigger and more oscillator control air purifiers disinfection, fresh, remote control and an ozone generating circuit design.555 timer is a medium scale integrated timer, a multipurpose digital analog hybrid integrated circuit, using it can conveniently constitute a Schmidt trigger circuit, monostable trigger and multivibrator.

    The design of the application of 555 timer is a prominent feature, with 555 timer for the core components of a variety of control circuit.Design with 555 timer as the core and the use of single-chip design compared to greatly reduce the cost of eliminating the need for programming of the complex, but also on the 555 integrated circuit for a more thorough understanding and application.In addition to this design in addition to the application of a digital circuit knowledge but also the integration of sensors in terms of knowledge, the application of more relay.Design can be very good to achieve its function control relay use is essential.    This design by combining theoretical analysis with practice on the control circuit for the experimental design and Simulation of the physical production of two major aspects of the design.First of all, the control circuit condition analysis, access to relevant data are calculated and analyzed the development of the ozone generator control circuit diagram, the selected control circuit element, after the control circuit simulation experiment.Then, according to the control circuit principle diagram of real welding.Including: theoretical aspects of design simulation experiment and physical aspects of the production.
