摘要:粮食温度检测是粮食储备库防止粮食霉烂、保质存放的重要环节,过去的粮仓温度系统一般以热敏电阻为温度敏感元件。热敏电阻虽然成本低,但需要后续信号处理电路,而且在测量的过程中需要标定温度值检测系统因电路和工艺复杂而误报率高,故障频繁,也给施工和维护带来不便。
本文针对目前工业现状,提出了由一个单芯片构成的无线温度控制系统,达到满足工业自由控制温度的要求。它是基于STC89C52单片机,并由温度传感器DS18B20对温度的采集,通过nRF24L01进行无线接收信号,数据上传上位机,上位机进行显示与控制(本系统采用指示灯代替风扇),从而实现对温度的自动控制,从而提高了自控效率,降低了控制成本。实践证明,此设计不但在工业,在生活和生产各方面都具实用性。

Abstract:The temperature detection is a grain storage prevent grain mildew, quality the important link of the store, the past the barn temperature screening system general with thermistors for temperature sensitive components. Thermistors although low cost, but require follow-up signal processing circuit, and in the measurement of the process to temperature detection system calibration for circuit and process complex and distorting rate high, frequent breakdowns, also to construction and maintenance bring inconvenience.
In view of present industrial present situation, proposed by a single chip constitute a wireless temperature control system, to meet the requirements of the temperature control of industrial freedom. It is based on STC89C52 microcontroller, and the temperature sensor DS18B20 to the collection of temperature, through the nRF24L01 wirelessly receiving signals, upload data PC, PC to display and control (the system USES the indicator light instead of fan), so as to achieve the temperature automatic control, so as to improve the control efficiency, reduce the cost control. The practice shows that this design not only in industry in the life and production all aspects are practical.

随着计算机与信息技术的发展,计算机测量控制系统在越来越多的场合得到了广泛应用。温度是许多监控系统中的一个重要参数,尤其是对于粮仓、写字楼等地点,温度的测量更是必不可少。比如在粮食存储过程中,为了保证粮食的存储品质,必须实施监测储存粮食的温度。过去粮食温度的监测是靠人工手测进行,不但测试速度慢、测试精度低,而且人员劳动强度非常大。由于粮库大部分是由数个容积较大的平仓、筒仓等组成,这些粮仓都高约二十米、直径达十米以上,对它的温度检测除了要求解决被测参数技术问题外(如精度、可靠性等),从系统结构而言,就是解决多点分布的问题。多点分布也同样是其它测控系统所面临的问题。
