摘要:目前电梯控制系统主要有三种控制方式:继电器控制系统、PLC控制系统、微机控制系统。由于PLC 控制系统具有运行可靠,使用维修方便,抗干扰能力强,设计和调试周期较短等优点,而倍受人们重视。本文通过方案比较,利用MCGS组态软件和PLC设计一个四层电梯控制系统,通过系统的软件和硬件设计,完成整个系统的设计工作,经联机调试,系统设计符合原设计要求,验证了本课题设计方案正确性。

Abstract: At present the elevator control system mainly has three control modes: Following electric circus control system, PLC control system, Microcomputer control system. Because PLC control system has reliable operation, convenient usage and maintenance, strong anti -interference, shorter design and commissioning period and has other advantages, it has been paid much attention. This article through the scheme comparison, take advantage of MCGS software and PLC to design a four elevator control system, by means of system software and hardware design to complete the whole system design work. Through the online adjustment, system design conforms to the original design requirements, and to validate the correctness of this design issues.
