摘要:中小企业在全国企业所占的比例超过99%，是国家经济的“底座”，是国民经济的基础，它在推动国民经济增长、增加就业、活跃市场、推动创新等方面具有不可替代的地位和作用。而中小企业发展的实际现状是，由于国家政策及企业自身方面的问题，中小企业在财务管理上主要存在筹资渠道窄、资金严重不足、经营者财务管理意识淡薄、企业财务核算制度不健全、投资能力差等问题。为了中小企业能依靠自身力量解决融资难及决策不科学的瓶颈，本文引入了企业财务管理中一个最基本的观念——货币时间价值。货币时间价值是一个重要的经济概念，不管是涉及到个人投资理财，还是涉及到企业的经营管理，都将会产生重要的影响。为了评价企业的决策恰当与否，我们需要清楚的了解现金流量和货币时间价值。
本文研究的是货币时间价值理论在中小企业财务管理中的具体应用。通过引入货币时间价值的相关知识及模型，明确中小企业财务管理的现状，列举货币时间价值在中小企业财务管理中的实际应用，总结货币时间价值在应用过程中注意的问题，以及解决中小企业面临财务管理问题所采取的相应措施。

Abstract:More than 99% of SMEs in the proportion of enterprises nationwide, is the "base" of the national economy is the foundation of the national economy to promote national economic growth, increase employment, an active market, the promotion of innovation, it has an irreplaceable position androle. The actual status of the development of SMEs, due to national policy and corporate issues, small and medium enterprises in the financial management mainly in the narrow sources of funding, a serious shortage of funds, operators of the weak awareness of financial management, corporate financial accounting system is not perfect, investmentpoor capacity problems. SMEs on their own to solve the bottleneck of the difficulties in financing and decision-making unscientific, this paper introduces a basic corporate financial management concepts - time value of money. The time value of money is an important economic concepts, whether it is related to personal finance and investment, or related to enterprise management, all will have a major impact. In order to evaluate the enterprise's decision-making is appropriate or not, we need a clear understanding of cash flow and time value of money.
In this paper, the time value of money theory in the financial management of SMEs. Through the introduction of the relevant knowledge and models of the time value of money, clear the status of the financial management of SMEs, cited the practical application of the time value of money in the financial management of SMEs, summary note of the time value of money in the application process, and solve the facing SMEs corresponding measures taken by the financial management issues.

对于解决中小企业在财务管理上存在的问题，更好的提高企业利用资金的水平、保持资金的高周转效率、提高资金的利用效率，则需要财务管理人员投入更多的关注。此时，货币时间价值理论在企业财务管理中的作用就显得尤为重要。其实，很多时候，这也是被管理人员所忽视的一个环节。
货币时间价值是现代财务管理的基本观念之一，被称之为理财的“第一原则”。如今，企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，就不得不思考如何将资金的效用最大化。在企业经营管理、投资管理及筹资管理的各个环节，都应该考虑货币的时间价值，在适当的时间将适量的货币投入到正确的环节中，使资金保值、增值，为企业带来更多的经济利益，也能使企业在发展中处于优势的地位。所以，对于货币时间价值理论在财务管理中的作用的研究，是企业生存发展的重点环节，具有实际而深远的意义。
