摘要:投资是企业永恒的发展之道，是提高核心竞争力和自主创新的必经之路。但投资风险也是必然存在的。延缓决策可能会失去发展机会，而决策失误却可能导致灭顶之灾。企业投资决策作为现代企业财务管理的一项重要内容，亟待研究和探讨。本文首先阐述了投资决策的基本理论，介绍了企业投资决策的一般方法和程序。对目前我国企业投资决策过程中存在的问题加以总结分析，提出企业应加强分析、权衡和研究相关信息，实现投资决策科学化的建议。

Abstract:Investment is the enterprise eternal development of the road, it is to improve the core competitiveness and innovation the only way which must be passed. But the investment risk is inevitable. Delaying the decision may lose development opportunities, and decision-making error may cause the crowning calamity. Enterprise investment decision making as the modern business finance management important content, to study and discuss. This article first elaborated the investment decision theory, introduced the investment decision of the enterprises the general method and procedure. On the present our country enterprise investment decision making problems summarized, put forward the enterprise should strengthen the analysis and research of relevant information, balance, implementation invests decision-making science to change proposal.

企业投资决策是指投资者为了获取将来某些不确定的价值而制定的一系列的决策活动，其实质就是通过投资于一个高风险、高回报的项目群，并将其中成功的项目进行出售或上市，实现所有者权益的变现，使投资者获得高额回报。企业投资决策的含义至少可以从以下几个方面来理解：
按照建立现代企业制度的要求，企业拥有法人财产权，这就意味着企业是一个投资主体，有关企业投资决策的程序和方法应由企业根据公司章程自主决定，即由企业自主决策。
第一，按照所有权与经营权分离的原则，出资者关注的是所有者权益。如何有效投资是衡量经营者业绩的一个重要方面。
第二，按照现代企业治理机构的权限划分，企业投资决策程序与企业机构设置密切相关。股东会或董事会是企业投资决策的决策层，经理是投资决策的执行层。
第三，新企业财务会计制度规定，实行企业基建财务与生产财务合一。企业投资决策和生产经营决策是互为前提、相互依赖的。因此，在投资决策程序上应逐步改为先有企业，后立项投资。
