摘要:近几年随着粤东地区经济的快速增长，潮州市民营企业的发展越来越引起人们的关注。但民营企业在迅速发展的同时,由于自身缺陷和外部环境多种因素面临许多问题,特别突出的是融资。融资活动是企业资金管理中重要的一环，融资决策困难决定着企业的资本结构，而这又往往受制于当时的金融环境。
本文从广东省潮州市部分市、区、县的民营企业的日常经营中的融资现状入手，通过调查文献来获得资料，从而全面地、系统地了解潮州市各民营企业融资问题的真正原因，同时与我国其他省市各民营企业融资方面的发展进行比较，通过借鉴国内外民营企业融资方面的成功案例提出有利于潮州市民营企业发展的相应对策。

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid economic growth in eastern Guangdong Province, Chaozhou City, development of private enterprises more and more cause for concern. Private enterprises in the rapidly developing at the same time, a variety of factors due to their own defects and the external environment facing many problems, particular difficulty is the problem of financing. Financing activities is an important part of enterprise funds management and financing decision-making policy-making decisions of corporate capital structure, which is often subject to the prevailing financial environment. Part of the city of Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, District, County of financing private enterprises in the daily operations of present situation, this paper surveyed the literature to obtain information in order to fully understand the real reason of Chaozhou City, the financing of private enterprises, while compare the development of the private corporate finance and other provinces and cities in China to learn from the success stories of the financing of domestic and foreign private enterprises conducive to the development of private enterprise in Chaozhou countermeasures.

民营企业是我国经济发展不可缺失的活动主体，民营企业的发展关系到整个国家经济的发展，无论是潮州市还是全国的民营企业，以往的事实显然表明我国的民营企业在融资方面确实存在问题，但同时也说明了我国的民营企业在融资方面还有很大的发展空间。随着我国市场经济体制建设的不断完善，民营企业融资问题会逐步得到解决，从而推动民营企业持续、快速、健康的发展，为构建和谐社会做出更大地贡献。
