摘要：由于美国次贷危机引发出的全球金融危机，演变成为了世界经济危机，作为已经融入世界经济一体化的我国也是深受其害，其中中小企业受到的影响甚为严重。许多企业是步履艰难，困难重重。产品售价持续走低，费用成本不断攀上升，使许多中小企业出现资金链条断裂、盈利能力丧失、效益下降，有的甚至资不抵债，财务风险问题突出，引发财务危机进而破产倒闭。近年来，中小企业的数量呈现着不断锐减的趋势。这充分说明了我国中小企业应变能力较差，迫切地需要构建风险预警控制机制、加强财务管理，不断地提升企业可持续发展的能力，提升抗风险能力，最大限度地降低财务风险所造成的一些损失。
