摘  要:在2008年金融危机和2011年欧美经济二次探底的国际背景下,人民币升值,原材料价格上涨,低碳经济约束,加之我国金融市场不够健全,相关法律法规不够完善,企业缺乏信用评价机制,以及国内关于融资策略研究的理论体系不够成熟完善等原因,导致广州中泰商贸有限公司选择的融资策略不合理,使企业面临融资难的困境。本文运用融资策略相关理论结合广州中泰商贸有限公司的概况,对该公司融资现状进行了分析,并从内在原因和外在原因两方面指出其融资困境的成因,进而提出该公司需要改变当前保守型的融资策略、选择适中型的融资策略以满足企业扩大生产规模、实现产品和市场转型的发展战略的需要。在此基础上,分别从广州中泰商贸有限公司自身的改进措施、推进金融机制改革、发挥政府职能作用三方面提出了优化该公司融资策略的相关建议。

ABSTRACT: Under the international circumstances of the financial crisis in 2008 and the second striking bottom of European economy in 2011. RMB appreciation, rising raw material prices, low-carbon economic constraints, coupled with the unsound country's financial market, imperfect relevant laws and regulations, lack of credit evaluation system of the company, as well as the immature domestic research on the theoretical system of financing strategies and other reasons, lead to the unreasonable choice of financing strategies of Guangzhou Zhongtai Trading Co., Ltd, making the company in the dilemma of financing difficulties. With the combination of the theoretical system of financing strategies and the overview of Guangzhou Zhongtai Trading Co., Ltd. The paper analyzes the current situation of financing of this company and points out the causes of the financing difficulties from the internal and external sides and thus puts forward the needs to change the current conservative type of financing strategy and chooses a moderate financing strategy to meet the need of the company to expand production scale and achieve the need of product development and market transformation. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions to better the company's financing strategy from three aspects respectively: improving measures of Guangzhou Zhongtai Trading Co., Ltd, promoting the reform of the financial mechanism and exerting government functions.
