摘要:中国自2005年起规定超过10层的住宅建筑和超过24米的其他民用建筑被称为高层建筑。高层建筑给水排水工程是城市建设中重要的基础设施项目，它既与地层建筑给水排水工程有联系同时也有区别。正确设计高层建筑给水排水工程有重大社会经济意义。本课题的主要目的是综合整合和运用所学过的必修课、选修课等专业技术课知识，在教师指导下培养自己独立完成高层建筑给水、排水、消防及热水供应等设计的能力。
本设计是宿迁市君临天下办公楼建筑给排水工程设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系、消防系统和热水系统四个部分。
本建筑为12层商业办公楼，其中第十二层主要用来布置屋顶的必要设施。市政给水管网常年提供的资用水头为0.28MPa，经技术经济比较，室内给水系统拟采用分区给水方式。初步拟定该建筑给水系统分二区：1至6层为低区，由市政管网直接供水；7到12层为高区，由水泵和水箱联合供水。建筑排水系统采用合流制，直接排入下水道。建筑雨水系统采用普通的外排水系统。消火栓给水系统和自动喷水灭火系统采用不分区的供水方式，两者均采用设水泵和水箱的临时高压给水方式。消火栓的布置范围包括各楼层、消防电梯前室和屋顶检验用。建筑内喷头数量约980个，设2组湿式报警阀，报警阀后管网为枝状网，每层设水流指示器。给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管，消防系统和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。

Abstract:Building water project is important in city construction of infrastructure projects, water and wastewater engineering design and construction right has significant social and economic significance. The main purpose of this topic is learned basic training comprehensive application, technical fundamental course and specialized course knowledge and in cultivating their own independent under the guidance of teachers completed high-rise building water supply, water drainage, fire and hot water supply, etc design ability.
This design is a twenty layer city building drainage engineering design, somebody else mainly include water-supply system, drainage system, fire-fighting system and row four parts hot water system.
Water supply system using zoning water supply, low area to the second floor, a direct water-supply pipe by the municipal; The central three layer to eleven layer, high area by 12 to 20 layer, high water tank pressure reducing valve, the basement way for pump water supply to the roof of the high water tank, again by high water tank pipe to medium and high area water; Drainage system USES is unclean, waste bypass system, ground floor drain, drainage stand pipe alone out ventilation tube, a top in the septic tank processing sewage to the municipal sewage pipe network backseats; Fire protection system points hydrant water system and automatic sprinkler system, including fire hydrant system combined by water pump water tank. Hot water use is enclosed mechanical half circulation system, zoning and cold water system consistent, cold water through the volumetric water heater concentrated heating after another, ascension to pump can distribute water pipe network; Rainwater drainage system is used to direct platoon, rain municipal sewage pipe network.
Pipes and drain respectively by means of PP - R tube and UPVC pipes, hot water system and fire-fighting system is used galvanization steel tube.
