摘要：近些年来，随着我国社会主义市场经济的迅速发展，我国工业化进程和城市化进程正处于加速阶段，征地拆迁在全国各地很火热的开展起来，规模不断的在扩大。随之而来的也就是征地拆迁过程中所引发的诸多问题。征地拆迁问题已经成为社会公众的焦点，引发了各种社会矛盾，本文根据目前征地拆迁的现状进行多角度分析，提出相对应的一些解决对策。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, China's process of industrialization and urbanization is in the acceleration phase, land acquisition and resettlement in a very hot throughout the country carried out, the scale constantly expanding. 征地拆迁是事关老百姓生存生活的民生问题，也是社会进步城市发展不可避免的过程，政府应当重视在征地拆迁中产生的矛盾和纠纷，必须通过制定和完善相关法律制度明确和平衡各方利益，采取多元化方法，完善纠纷诉求机制，缓和并消除征地拆迁过程中产生的矛盾，在加快社会主义市场经济发展的同时，维护群众利益，保障社会稳定，促进和谐社会的建设。
