摘要:随着现代经济的发展，人民币升值成了一个不可避免的话题。由于各种因素的刺激，人民币升值愈演愈烈。人民币从1979年开始就经历改革，直至今日，无论在国内还是在国际市场上，人民币的作用也越来越显著。江苏经济的发展一直是全国的重头，人民币的升值对江苏地区的进出口的影响当然更为激烈。人民币升值有利有弊，如何扬长避短，利用这次机会，从而更好更快地加速江苏进出口经济的发展成为大家关注的问题。本文从概述人民币升值所产生的影响，深入分析了目前江苏进出口所面临的机遇和挑战，从不同角度充分探析了这些问题产生的原因，探索性的提出了解决这些问题的对策。

Abstract: With modern economic development, RMB appreciation becomes an inevitable subject. Due to various factors, RMB appreciation is becoming increasingly fierce. Since 1979 through reform, until today, whether in domestic or international market, the more significant role is RMB .In economic development Jiangsu is always the keynote of the country, so the effects to imports and exports of Jiangsu province are fiercer. The appreciation of the RMB has its advantages and disadvantages, how to play up strengths and avoid weaknesses, and utilizes the opportunity , consequently to make imports and exports of Jiangsu develop better and faster is becoming the problem everyone concerns.
This paper provides an overview of the RMB appreciates the effects of the present, based on in-depth analysis of the present stage of private enterprises in pay administration in the main problems from different angles full analysis of these issues the cause, exploratory put forward measures to solve these problems.

随着全球经济一体化的不断深入发展，对外贸易的稳定发展已成为各国和地区经济增长的重要保证。汇率作为影响对外贸易的重要因素之一，对一个国家和地区经济的内外均衡和快速增长发挥着重要的作用。因此，汇率变动和对外贸易的内在关系始终是国际经济学广泛研究的一个重大课题，并受到世界各国的高度重视。
人民币升值作为一个不可避免的问题在当今社会愈演愈烈，它对全国进出口经济来说是十分重要的，尤其是江苏进出口经济。随着人民币升值的步伐骤然加快，如何扬长避短，利用人民币升值这一契机来重新整合江苏进出口贸易中的结构，发挥人民币升值对进出口贸易的最佳影响成为江苏外贸经济最关注的问题。
