摘要：加入WTO以来，我国对外贸易高速增长，累积了大量贸易顺差和外汇储备，使人民币面临着空前的升值压力。本文在分析人民币升值的背景及原因的基础上，结合当前国际金融危机的实际，实际论述了人民币升值对江苏民营企业进出口贸易正反两方面的影响，并以江苏太阳雨有限公司为案例就如何应对人民币升值促进江苏民营企业进出口贸易的发展进行了研究，论文得出的有益建议包括合理选择计价货币，采用灵活的国际贸易结算方式，在合同中采用结算货币保值条款，调整出口商品结构，加强成本和费用管理，以及使用远期外汇买卖规避风险。

Abstract: As joining the WTO, our country's foreign trade grows in a high speed。It has accumulated large trade surplus and foreign exchange reservers, which leads to RMB to face unprecedenred pressue. Based on the analysis of the background and reasons of RMB appreciation, and combining the current on the basis of the actual international financial crisis, this article discusses the situation of Jiangsu TaiYangYu limited company. It studys the RMB appreciation of private enterprise of Jiangsu westem import and export trade, and the influence of Jiangsu TaiYangYu limited company for how to deal with cases of RMB appreciation to promote Jiangsu private enterprises import and export trade. The paper concluded that beneficial recommendations including to use reasonable choices which can adopt flexible pricing currency of payment in international trade, to adjust the structure of export commodities, to improve cost and cost management, and to use long-term foreign exchange trading which is used to avoid risk.

近年来，人民币升值问题已经成为大家关注的焦点，人民币汇率存在升值压力的原因是一个与国际间错综复杂的社会、政治、经济利益相糅合的问题。国际上要求人民币升值的呼声日益高涨，主要依据在于中国的贸易顺差，巨额外汇储备等。对于我国人民币升值的举措究竟影响是积极的还是消极的，可谓是见仁见智。有些学者认为人民币升值对中国经济发展十分不利,一是不利于克服通货紧缩,二是不利于吸收外资,三是容易诱发金融风险。一旦人民币升值而钳制中国经济的高速发展,不仅不会缓解东亚地区通货紧缩的压力,反而会使东亚地区经济变得不稳定。当然也有很多学者认为人民币升值是有很大好处的，比如可以更好地运用货币政策，增强宏观调控能力；有利于开放资本账户，实现人民币自由兑换，进一步完善我国的金融体系；可以缓解国内经济过热的局面，保持我国经济平稳增长等等。
