摘要：区域物流是区域经济的主要构成要素，是区域经济形成与发展的一种主导力量，它对提高区域流通领域的效率和经济效益，提高区域市场的竞争能力等，发挥着积极的能动作用。江苏作为东部最为发达的省份之一，物流发展尚处于起步阶段，与发达国家及国内现代物流发展较早的省（市）相比尚有很大差距，但市场潜力和发展前景十分广阔。为了江苏物流业更好的发展，对其发展的方向进行探讨，具有重大意义。
本文运用线性回归分析法着重分析江苏物流与经济总体、三次产业的关系，重点考察物流对制造业和服务业的影响。在此基础上，采用SWOT分析法对江苏物流业进行分析，指出江苏物流业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。针对上述问题，提出了促进江苏物流业发展的对策建议，来有效促进江苏物流业的发展。

Abstract：Regional logistics is a main element of regional economy, regional economic formation and development is a dominant force, which to improve the regional circulation efficiency and economic benefits, improve the regional market competition ability, plays a positive role in. Jiangsu as the eastern most developed provinces, the logistics development is still at the initial stage, and the developed countries and the development of modern logistics in the earlier province photograph comparing still has very big difference, but the market potential and broad development prospects. In order to Jiangsu logistics industry the development of faster, to its development direction to carry on the discussion, is of great significance.
In this paper, based on the linear regression analysis focuses on the analysis of Jiangsu logistics and economic overall, three industrial relations, focusing on the logistics of manufacturing industry and service industry influence. On this basis, using the SWOT analysis on Jiangsu logistics industry to conduct the analysis, pointed out that the development of Jiangsu logistics industry problems, inferior position, opportunity and challenge. Aiming at these problems, put forward to promote the development of Jiangsu logistics industry countermeasures, to promote the development of logistics industry in Jiangsu.
