摘 要:供应链管理采用的是对很多(诸如物流、生产、评价、控制)单一业务行为的横向行为集成。但是以往传统的经营理念过多地强调短期效益,企业供应链管理应该寻求持久稳定的高收益。在整合的前提下,供应链上下游的全体成员共同打造高效供应链。本文从绩效和平衡概念入手,提出国内现阶段供应链管理存在的弊端。利用SCOR模型描述了供应链运作的流程,为绩效评价提供了解决方法。接着,总结出影响企业供应链绩效平衡的主要因素。在此基础上,对企业供应链物流供需平衡提出解决思路,通过经济订货批量法和基于时间序列平滑模型的需求预测,加以平衡计分卡的案例分析,试图确立企业供应链管理的平衡机制。本文旨在通过供应链绩效的平衡分析来创造和实现价值、提高企业竞争能力,为提升供应链整体绩效打下铺垫。

Abstract: Supply chain management is integrated lateral behavior of many single business behavior ( Such as logistics , production , evaluation, control).Traditional business philosophy in the past put too much emphasis on short-term benefits, supply chain management of enterprise should seek a lasting and stable high yield. Under the premise of integration, all members of the upstream and downstream in the supply chain work together to build efficient supply chain. This article starts from the concept of performance and balance, proposing the drawbacks of the existing supply chain management in the country at this stage. Using the SCOR model to describe the process of supply chain operations,providing a solution for the performance evaluation. Then, inducing main factors affecting the balance of supply chain performance. On this basis, concluding the solutions of supply-demand balance. With the EOQ, the demand forecasting based on time series smoothing model and the case analysis to the Balanced Scorecard, my paper tries to establish the mechanism of the balance of supply chain management. This paper aims to use supply chain performance balance analysis to create and realize the value, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, in order to enhance the overall performance of the supply chain.
