摘要:企业文化就是一种资本,一种竞争力和一种品牌,企业文化更是企业出奇制胜的法宝。任何事物一旦赋予了文化内涵,就有了较高的知名度和影响力。纵观成功企业的发展史,无一例外地都有深厚的自身文化的沉淀。但企业文化又是企业管理中最模糊的领域,也是迄今为止对每个企业来说最具挑战性的一环,它反映在企业的价值观、士气和沟通的方式中,也反映在全体员工的行为习惯中。这说明企业文化与企业的生存与发展息息相关,决定着企业的生死存亡。然而构成企业核心文化的,既是人才也是技术,更重要的是其所特有的一种内在驱动力,并且是一种能凝聚人心的管理模式。在下面我将从企业文化的内涵及意义、企业凝聚力的内涵及其作用、我国企业缺乏凝聚力的表现及原因分析、构建提高企业凝聚力的企业文化、提高凝聚力的方法,团队精神对企业凝聚力的影响等几方面论述企业文化与企业凝聚力的关系。

ABSTRACT:Corporate culture is a kind of capital, a competitive and a brand, corporate culture is business edge to succeed. Once everything given culture, there is a high visibility and influence. Throughout the history of successful enterprises, without exception, has a strong culture of its own precipitation. But corporate culture is the most ambiguous, and so far each company is the most challenging part of it is reflected in corporate values, morale and communication in the way, is also reflected in all employees behavior habits. This shows that the corporate culture and is closely related to survival and development of enterprises, determine the survival of enterprises. However, the core of an enterprise culture, both technical talent but also, more importantly, an inherent characteristic of its driving force, and is a cohesive management model can be.
