摘要:随着我国经济的高速增长和对外开放程度的不断加深，我国的国际收支连年顺差，大量的外资流入，加之我国长久以来形成的“家中有粮，心中不慌”的传统观念，使我国的外汇储备也呈迅速增长的趋势。截止到2009年末，中国外汇储备已接近2.4万亿美元，高居世界之首。然而从2007年以来，由美国次贷危机引发的，从衍生债券市场危机到金融市场危机，使世界经济蒙受很大的损失，美国经济进入衰退期。而美元是我国外汇储备的主要储备币种，如此庞大的外汇储备数量，对中国将面临严峻的挑战。
本论文首先介绍了近年来我国外汇储备的增长情况，然后分析了高额外汇储备的积极效应和消极效应，阐述了近年来我国外汇储备管理出现的新举措，分析了国际金融危机对我国外汇储备管理的冲击，最后就我国如何进一步做好外汇储备管理工作提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:As China's economy 's rapid growth and the deepening openness, China's international balance of payments surplus year after year, a lot of foreign capital inflows, coupled with our long-form "home in food, heart does not panic," the traditional concept of our country foreign exchange reserves also showed a rapid growth trend. As of the end of 2009, China's foreign exchange reserves have nearly 2.4 trillion U.S. dollars, the highest in the world. However, from 2007, has been triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, from the derived bond market crisis to the financial market crisis, the world economy suffered great loss, the U.S. economy into recession. The dollar is the major reserve currencies of China's foreign exchange reserves, such a large amount of foreign exchange reserves, China will face severe challenges. This thesis is to analyze the background of the subprime crisis management strategy and our way of foreign exchange reserves, which management changes should be done, the reserves should do what the structure adjustment and the high foreign exchange reserves in China are facing the impact and counter measures
This paper first describes the growth of foreign exchange reserves in recent years, and then analyzed the positive effects of high foreign exchange reserves and the negative effect of foreign exchange reserve management in recent years described the emergence of new initiatives, analysis of the international financial crisis on China's foreign exchange reserves manage the impact, and finally how to further improve China's foreign exchange reserve management countermeasures work.
