摘要：三七作为文山的一种传统名贵中草药作物，历史悠久，药用价值很高，在国内外都有很高的声誉，市场前景可观。同时也是文山州经济的支柱产业之一，在整个文山国民经济中具有重要的影响。但是由于文山三七产业发展意识薄弱，整个产业远远没有达到市场所要求的发展水平。特别是三七种植业的产销体系不健全、产业发展科技含量低、产品深加工程度不足、产业结构层次比较低等突出问题，导致了整个三七产业集群优势不明显，市场不稳定，产业化经营水平不高，未能使资源优势很好的转化为经济优势。长期以来，文山三七的产、销、供、存、价格等的大起大落，也一直困扰着三七产业及其市场，严重影响了文山三七产业的发展。特别是2010年的三七价格大暴涨，把三七产业再一次推向了舆论的风口浪尖。三七产业将面临着各种困难和挑战。
本文通过各种途径收集相关文献资料和数据，在借鉴已有成果的基础上以迈克尔·波特的“钻石模型”为分析手段，从产业要素、需求条件、相关支持性产业、企业战略、结构和同行竞争、机会因素、政府因素等方面对文山三七产业存在的问题进行定性分析，并结合文山地区三七产业的发展实际状况和自身优势，提出加快文山三七产业发展的政策措施，以期望为当地的三七产业发展找出一个合理科学的发展模式，进一步促进文山三七产业持续、健康、稳定发展。
