摘要：通过分析研究，我们发现江苏服务业集聚区建设发展势头良好，服务业集聚区分布面广，发展迅速。但其还存在多头管理、重点不突出，政府支持政策不合理，有平面规划没产业规划，配套基础薄弱,外部环境差，缺乏特色，人才流失等问题。对于这些问题我们要采取相应的解决措施，对集聚区进行分类管理和培育，制定专项促进政策，抓好项目策划和招商引资，发展品牌和特色，吸引人才集聚加强人才支撑，从而努力促进江苏集聚区建设又好又快的发展。

Abstract: Through the research and analysis,we find that Jiangsu service industry aggregation have a good develop trend. Service industry aggregation is widely distributed and developing fast But it also have disadvantages,such as multithread management, have no strong emphasis ,the policy of government is unreasonable , have floor planning but have no industry planning ,supporting basis is weak and externalities is bad, have no characteristic ,the outflow of talent and so on . About these problems ,we should take relevant measures .To manage and rain , establish special promote politics ,do good project planning and attract investment ,develop brand and characteristic and attract talents to promote Jiangsu service industry aggregation develop better and faster .

我国现在总体上还处在工业化快速发展的阶段，但是，一些相对发达的地区已逐步向后工业化发展阶段迈进，比如一些沿海的地区，现代服务业已经逐步成为了城市的主导产业之一，随之，构建现代服务业集聚区的理念就产生了。本文将对现阶段江苏省服务业集聚区的现状进行分析，在此基础上寻找目前江苏省现代服务业集聚区存在的相关问题，并据此研究相应的对策。
