摘要：随着国内经济快速发展，国内零售物流行业的发展也越来越热，导致零售仓储需求大幅上升。同时，土地资源日益稀缺，使得零售仓储的供求缺口不断扩大。本文先通过对土地资源和零售仓储的现状进行分析了解，然后就其两者之间的因果关系总结出土地资源稀缺对零售物流仓储在仓库选址和仓储成本两个方面的影响，并对其产生的影响展开分析，最后针对影响的分析结果在仓储管理信息化、仓库选址、自动化仓库应用等方面提出相应的解决方法。

Abstract: With the rapid development of domestic economy, domestic retail develop quickly, which lead to the risen sharply requirements about stores .At the same time, the land resources are decreasing. All of these results in the expanding supply requirements. Firstly, this paper analyzed the present situation of the land resources and the stores. Secondly, through analyzed the cause and effect relationship between the land resources and the warehouse, I took a conclusion that the decreasing land resources have effect on the warehouse location and the cost. Finally, facing these results, I will advance some countermeasures to solve.

如今，我国仓储业务量不断增大，城市规划用地进程不断加快等等，这些种种因素正使得我国仓储用地资源出于匮乏的境地。为了从这个困境中挣脱出来，我们要做的就是①在计算机信息技术不断发展的同时，加快仓储信息技术的开发和研究，使用自动立体化仓库等先进技术成果，实现“云仓储”。②仓库进驻物流园区，集中仓库使用地，减少零散仓库带来的一些成本上的消耗③物流仓储行业需要政府部门政策的支持，只有政府部门站出来支持仓储业的发展，仓储业的健康成长才能有所保障。
