摘要：非正式组织作为相对于正式组织的另一种组织形式，广泛地存在于各类正式组织中。企业中的非正式组织对企业的管理有着巨大的影响，但是很多企业不重视对非正式组织的管理，或者在管理上存在一些问题。本文以非正式组织的理论来分析国美控股之争，然后提出科学管理非正式组织的方法，合理利用非正式组织的有利面，尽量避免非正式组织对正式组织不利影响，使管理更好地为企业发展服务。

Abstract:Informal organizations, as opposed to formal organization of another organization, exist widely in various types of formal organization. The informal organization of the enterprise management of the enterprise has a huge impact, but many enterprises do not attach importance to the management of informal organization, or there are some problems in the management.
