摘要：当前发展民营经济既是社会主义本质的内在要求，也是促进社会、经济发展，增强国家经济实力的客观需要。研究民营经济的发展过程，探讨民营经济对我国经济发展的重大意义，了解民营经济在发展中遇到的问题，并提出切实可行的建议措施来预防和解决问题。
本文首先介绍了我国近30年来民营经济的发展形势，分析我国江苏省苏南民营经济的发展形势，并结合发展经济来分析解剖，来引发本文的研究角度。本文从融资问题、管理问题、人才问题和市场占有问题展开分析，并结合相关数据进行分析，进一步的分析此类问题对我国民营经济的影响。最后提出一些国家对民营经济发展的政策措施。
