摘要：国际热钱在历次经济危机中都扮演了极具破外性的角色，其在一国的快进快出将给该国的经济造成很大的威胁。本文试图采用定性和定量的方法测定境外热钱在中国的规模以认清当前的国际国内金融形势，提高我国鉴别和监控各类热钱的能力；通过调查研究热钱在中国资本管制条件下的流入渠道和流入原因，以加强监管；最后分析其对我国货币政策的影响，有助于完善我国应对热钱冲击的机制提高我国宏观调控的能力，达到防范金融风险的目的。

Abstract: International hot money has played a destructive role in the previous economic crisis, which poses a great threat in a country by coming and going quickly. Firstly, this paper tries to identify the scale of hot money in china in both qualitative and quantitative methods, which is set to understand the current financial situation and improve our ability of identifying and monitoring different kinds of hot money.Secondly, in order to strengthen the supervision, we investigate the channels and reasons of hot money’s inflows despite of China’s capital control policy. The final analysis of the impact of China’s monetary policy posed by the hot money would help to improve our coping mechanisms and macro-control ability and to better guard against financial risks as well.
