摘要：随着近几年江苏经济的持续发展，人民生活水平和需求也日益提高，江苏省消费市场的汽车消费迅速膨胀。预计未来10多年里，江苏的汽车需求量将继续保持向上攀升的幅度，随之对汽车物流要求也越来越严格，给汽车业物流带来极大挑战。本文从江苏汽车物流的现状，对江苏省汽车业物流的发展提供对策。

高素质的物流人才是现代汽车物流发展的关键因素。针对目前汽车物流专业人才匮乏、管理水平较低的突出问题。可通过长期培训与短期培训、学校培养与在职培养相结合的多种方式，尽快增加高等学校物流专业布点，提高教学质量。并且企业要强化员工培训和继续教育，重视培养“复合型”人才，培养一大批熟悉物流业务，具有跨学科综合能力的汽车物流管理人员。
因此，江苏应当考虑在科技计划中为汽车技术设立专项，支持企业自身研究基地建设及与大学、研究院所等机构合建产学研基地，努力实现人才本土化。
