摘 要:中国改革开放以来，家族企业的数量不断增多，其对中国国民经济的贡献日益突出，因此也越来越受到人们的关注。然而在家族企业的成长道路上，总会遇到各种各样的问题，而其中最突出的一个则是大多数家族企业的寿命都不长。要想解决这个问题，关键在于要正确理解家族企业成长的实质是什么，影响中国家族企业成长的关键因素有哪些。针对这些阻碍因素，找出正确的解决办法，对症下药。本文通过对家族企业定义的探讨以及对中国家族企业发展历程的回顾，得出中国家族企业成长的实质即是中国家族企业为了使企业能够更好地适应内外部环境的变化，不断调整企业治理结构模式，以促进企业在数量和质量上的提高。而制约中国家族企业成长的因素，本文把它归结为两大类：外部方面—家族企业外部环境的制约；内部方面—家族企业自身的缺点。根据该两大原因本文提出了一些解决的办法，以期对中国家族企业未来的发展有所帮助。

ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening up, the number of the family businesses is increasing. Because its contribution to the National Economies have become increasing prominent, more and more people pay attention to it. However, the gross of the family businesses on the road always encounter a variety of problems. One of the most prominent problem is the majority of the life of the family business is not long. To solve the problem, the key is to correctly understanding what is the essence of the growth of the family businesses and the finding key factors which affect the growth of the Chinese family businesses. We should find correct solutions to solve these problems.In this paper, through the further discussion of the definition of the family enterprise and the review of the history of the Chinese family enterprise development, we can conclude that the substance of the growth of the Chinese family enterprise is a process of the corporate governance structure. There are two reasons that affect the growth of the Chinese family enterprise. First, the external environment of the Chinese family enterprise hindered its development. Second, the Chinese family enterprise has shortcomings. According to the two main reasons, we find some solutions to help the future development of the Chinese family enterprise.
