摘 要:随着社会经济和全球化进程的发展，企业社会责任问题越来越多受到社会各界的重视。理论界对于企业社会责任的研究由来已久，但研究范围多是局限在大型企业，对中小企业的关注过于贫乏。然而我国中小企业的快速发展，已经成为我国经济发展的强大推动力。中小企业发展与社会各方的矛盾日益突出，因此，社会各界迫切需要对中小企业承担社会责任的现状进行研究分析，并为其找到合适的应对方案。
本文首先，针对目前我国中小企业社会责任的相关概念和定义做出了阐述，并对中小企业社会责任的范围做出了界定，紧接着分析了我国中小企业承担社会责任的现状。在现状分析中，具体分析了企业内部因素和外界环境因素，并针对具体的原因，提出了应对策略。

ABSTRACT:With the development of socio-economic and the process of globalization, corporate social responsibilities are more and more attented by the community. Ttheoretical circles long ago began a study of corporate social responsibility.but the scope of the study is limited to large enterprises focus on SMEs is too poor. However, the rapid development of China's small and medium enterprises, has become a powerful driving force of China's economic development. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises and all sectors of society have become increasingly prominent Therefore, the community is an urgent need to study and analyze the status quo of the social responsibility of SMEs, and give it to find a suitable response options.

研究意义
近年来，食品卫生安全事件、拖欠农民工工资、民工荒、跳楼事件、企业污染环境等问题层出不穷，引起了社会各界关注。社会责任运动也蓬勃发展，企业界也越来越重视自身对社会责任的义务。理论界开始越来越多的学者投入到对企业社会责任的研究。但目前的研究范围多局限在大型企业层面，然而中小企业占我国企业数的99%以上，对我国经济发展起到至关重要的作用。我国中小企业要实现可持续发展，就必须很好的承担社会责任。
企业伦理道德建设对于企业和社会的发展具有重大意义。企业的伦理道德建设，有利于维护劳动者的合法权益，有利于企业长久持续的健康发展，有利于保障消费者的合法权益，有利于生态环境的维护，有利于促进社会的和谐发展。伦理道德建设是企业承担社会责任的基础，是社会主义和谐社会建设的要求。
