浦镇公司当前虽然拿到大量的订单，然而目前浦镇公司在地铁收益这一块还比不上株洲、四方等公司，因此成本节约在目前的铺镇公司显得尤为重要，所以现在的铺镇公司要想增加利润，必须从全局出发，将物流纳入成本节约的考虑范围之内。运用成本控制的理念，将浦镇公司的物流从节点到过程严格控制。
本文通过结合浦镇公司自身的有利的、不利的因素的分析，对仓储配送的调整方案进行研究，以求能够寻找到能够满足这种生产、成本要求的路径。
