摘 要：1992年以来，随着社会主义市场经济体制的初步建立和逐步完善，我国经济发展迅速，充满活力，各方面都取得了显著的成绩，人们生活水平也得到大幅度的提高。但是，在经济不断发展的同时，居民收入分配差距也不断扩大，这一问题逐渐成为制约我国经济和社会发展的瓶颈之一，并且引起了社会的广泛关注。
本文主要采用我国确立社会主义市场经济体制（1992年）以后的数据，首先解释与居民收入分配相关的概念；其次，从城乡、地区、行业三个方面介绍我国居民收入差距的现状；然后，针对现阶段我国居民收入差距的状况从正反两方面论述其产生的影响；再次，根据上述分析，探究我国居民收入差距扩大的原因；最后，针对我国居民收入差距扩大的原因提出有效地解决措施，以供参考。文章最后得出，我国现阶段居民收入分配处于不断拉大的趋势。

ABSTRACT：Since 1992, our country has been established the socialist market economy system and is constantly improving. At the same time, our country have been made significant achievements, not only had the economic developed quickly, people's living level also improved greatly. However, with the constant development of economy, the resident income distribution gap is widening, become one of the obstacles of economic and social development in our country and has been attached people’s much attention.
In this paper, the writer mainly uses the data after the establishment of socialist market economy system （1992） in our country. At first, the writer explains some concepts related to residents’ income distribution. Second, introduce the present situation of our resident income gap from urban and rural, regions and industries four aspects. Then, based on the current situation of it, discusses it’s positive and negative effects. Fourthly, the writer analyses the cause of our country residents' income inequality. Finally, come up with effectively solving measures for reference. And at the last of this paper, we can conclude that the resident income distribution at present stage in our country is widening.
