摘要:在社会经济飞速发展的今天，人们越来越重视人与环境的协调发展，也越来越重视食物的健康和环保，安全、健康的食品越来越受到人们的亲睐。又随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的加深，传统贸易壁垒的作用被减弱，许多发达国家和地区凭借自身先进的技术和雄厚的经济实力，以维护国家整体安全和保护环境等理由，不断采取以技术标准、认证制度等为主要内容的绿色贸易壁垒，对进口的食品规定非常苛刻的环境标准和质量标准。由于我国长期忽视环境保护，技术比较落后，使我国的食品贸易频频遭遇国际绿色贸易壁垒的限制，给我国的对外贸易和经济发展带来严重的负面影响。
如今，我们要做的是正视绿色贸易壁垒的合理性，在现有的对绿色贸易壁垒影响的研究下，深入分析国际绿色贸易壁垒对我国食品贸易的影响，看清现状，分析原因，采取相应措施，从根本上解决现存问题。同时避免在未来的国际贸易中遭受绿色贸易壁垒的制约，优化食品贸易结构，提高我国食品的出口竞争力，促进我国食品贸易的可持续发展。

ABSTRCT:In today's rapid social and economic development, there is growing emphasis on human and environmental development, more and more emphasis on food health and environmental protection, safety, healthy food more and more people pro-gaze. But also with economic globalization and the deepening of trade liberalization, the role of traditional trade barriers are reduced, many developed countries and regions, by virtue of its advanced technology and strong economic strength, in order to safeguard the country's overall security, and environmental protection reasons, continue to take a technical standards, certification systems such as the main content of the green trade barriers on imported food requirements are very stringent environmental standards and quality standards. Since our long-term neglect of environmental protection, technology is relatively backward, so that China's food trade frequently encountered international green trade barriers to China's foreign trade and economic development has brought serious negative impact.
Today, we have to do a formal green trade barriers is reasonable, in the existing research on the effects of green trade barriers under the in-depth analysis of the international Green Trade Barrier on China's food trade, to see the situation, analyze the causes and take appropriate measures to fundamentally solve the existing problems. While avoiding international trade in the future suffer the constraints of the green trade barriers, trade in food optimizing structure, improving the competitiveness of China's food exports, and promote the sustainable development of China's food trade.
