【摘要】环境贸易壁垒也被称为称绿色贸易壁垒，它作为一种非关税壁垒兴起于20世纪80年代后期。环境贸易壁垒对于刚加入世贸的中国来说，已成为我国出口企业的发展甚至是我国入世战略能否顺利实施的“拦路虎”。环境贸易壁垒作为一种简单易行、效果显著并具有很好保护作用的非关税壁垒手段，被愈来愈频繁地付诸于实施。同时发达国家的环境贸易壁垒的矛头直指我国的大宗出口的产品，使得中国成为了反倾销措施和“环境贸易壁垒”的主要攻击对象，并使得许多中国的产品无缘进入世界市场。本文主要介绍了世界贸易中环境贸易壁垒的主要内涵，剖析其所具有的基本特点，讨论了其对中国的影响以及我国易受影响的原因并在此基础上提出具有可行性的应对措施。

Abstract：Environmental trade barriers also referred to as the said green trade barriers, it serves as a kind of non-tariff barriers rise up in the late 1980 s. Environmental trade barriers for China joined the wto, has become our country export enterprise's development strategy and even our country's entry into wto, whether the smooth implementation of the \"obstacle\". Environmental barriers to trade as a kind of simple, obvious effect and has the very good protection means of non-tariff barriers, is more and more frequently into implementation. At the same time, the environmental trade barriers of developed countries directed at the bulk export of products in our country, makes China become the anti-dumping measures and main target \"environmental trade barriers\", and makes many Chinese products to enter the world market. Environmental barriers to trade in world trade is mainly introduced in this paper the main connotation, analyzes its basic characteristics are, discussed its influence to China and the reason for the vulnerable in China and on this basis puts forward feasible measures.
