摘要： 随着我国工业化进程的不断加速，对基础能源的消费需求与日俱增，然而我国在经济与工业发展的过程中，重GDP，重成绩而轻视了对环境的破坏我国未来经济以及城镇居民生活发展水平的影响。因而为了我国经济的可持续发展，应该提倡绿色经济，环境经济，大力提倡节能减排，走可持续发展道路。本文主要是首先分析目前我国城镇低碳消费现状，然后找出制约和影响我国城镇居民低碳消费的因素，最后提出加强宣传教育、树立低碳消费观念、培养低碳消费习惯、大力发展低碳产业，加强低碳产品的研发、降低低碳产品价格、政府身体力行，做好表率、加强低碳消费制度建设对策。

Abstract：With the acceleration of China's industrialization process, on the basis of energy consumption demand grow with each passing day, but the process of China's economic and industrial development, heavy GDP, heavy result instead of the damage to the environment and China's future economic development and the life level of urban residents effect. So in order to the sustainable development of China's economy, should advocate the green economy, environmental economy, vigorously promote energy-saving emission reduction, take the road of sustainable development. This paper is the first analysis of the present situation of China's urban low carbon consumption, and then find out the restriction and influence factors of Chinese urban residents low carbon consumption, finally put forward to strengthen publicity and education, establish the concept of low-carbon consumption, develop low carbon consumption habits, develop low carbon industries, strengthen the research and development, low carbon products of low carbon products price, government set an example by personally taking part, strengthening low carbon consumption system construction countermeasure.
