【摘要】目前，我国已逐步进入老龄社会。随着老年人口的不断增多，各地开始对养老福利模试进行积极的探索，居家养老服务应运而生。近几年来我国采取多种形式，积极探索开展社区为老服务，同时针对老年人服务需求日益多样化、个性化的特点，在社区为老服务的基础上，做了社会化居家养老的有益探索。但是又由于发展的时间等方面的制约，中国居家养老存在着一些不足与问题。本文针对这些问题展开了探讨，并在此基础上提出一些解决问题的对策。

【Abstract】At present，China has gradually entered the aging society. As the elderly population increasing，around the beginning of active exploration of the endowment welfare mode，home-based care services emerge as the times require. In recent years our country to take a variety of forms，and actively explore the development of community service for old people，and for the elderly service demand more diversified，personalized，in the community service for the aged on the basis，the beneficial exploration to the social old-age home. But due to constraints in the development of the time and so on，Chinese old-age home has some shortages and problems. This paper aims at these problems have been discussed，and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem.

通过对XX社区的调查中我们可以发现，老年人的基本生活需要都得到了一定程度上的满足，老年人的物质生活并不匮乏，甚至有一部分老人过上了衣食无忧的生活。但是在看到成果的同时我们也必须注意到它的不足，从调查中我们也可以看到虽然老年人通过居家要老服务在物质生活方面得到了一定的满足，但是在精神生活反面的缺乏不容被忽视，在做到老有所依的同时，我们也不能忽视老有所为和老有所乐的重要性，老年人的精神需求得到进一步的满足将是我们未来居家养老工作的重要内容。由此可见中国居家养老发展到现在，虽然取得了一定的可喜的效果，但是其从起步到完善中间还是存在了许多的缺点和不足。在今后的发展中，我们可以借鉴国外的发展模式，同时根据国家最新颁布的居家养老实施办法，探索适合中国特色的居家养老的发展方向，能更好的促进中国居家养老事业的发展。
