摘要:由于全球市场经济的快速发展，秘书队伍也在逐步地走向国际化、全球化。秘书队伍的不断发展，围绕着秘书产生的问题也就越来越多。其中，秘书腐败问题表现的最为明显。党政机关的领导秘书作为一种权利部门职务，处于权利的中心，经常借用这个优势讨好领导，博得领导的厚爱，并假用领导的权利进行贪污腐败活动，严重影响了社会的和谐与稳定。通过对秘书腐败问题这一现象进行剖析，从而提出关于秘书职业道德素养建设存在相关问题、原因以及具体的建设措施，对于缓解党政机关秘书腐败问题具有一定的借鉴意义。
