摘要:毕业设计选题的管理是高校教务管理的一项重要内容，随着网络信息技术的发展，学校的毕业设计选题的管理方式逐渐由信息管理方式取代传统手工纸质打印表格的方式。通过对当前毕业设计选题的现状分析，通过对系统的需求分析，根据当前实际的需求，使用ASP+SQL Server 2005为主要开发工具和后台数据库，开发和设计了一套基于ASP的毕业设计选题系统，方便学校管理员对整个毕业设计选题流程的监控，以及教师发布选题和学生选报题目，实现了毕业设计选题工作效率的提高。
本文详细介绍了该系统设计和开发的全过程，主要从系统分析、系统设计与实现、系统测试这几个阶段对本管理系统加以论述，阐述了该系统的功能设计，以及设计的目的就是为了简化学生选题的流程，提高学生选题的满意度，从而可以在一定程度上保证了毕业设计作品的质量。

Abstract:The topics of graduation design management is an important content of educational administration in Colleges and universities, with the development of network information technology, graduation design topics of the school management gradually from information management to replace the traditional manual paper print form. Through the analysis of the current situation of graduation design topic, by analyzing the system demand, according to the actual demand, uses ASP+SQL Server 2005 as the main development tools and database， developing and designing a set of graduation project selection system based on ASP, is convenient to control the whole process of the graduation design topics of school administrators, and teachers release of topics and students choose topics, the graduation design topics in the improvement of work efficiency.
This article gives us a brief introduction of the system. For example system analysis, system design and system testing. The system features make the process simple and practical, to advance students’ satisfaction. And this is the purpose of the design of the system.
