[摘要] 秘书与领导是一对具有决定性作用的共同存在体，有领导的存在才有秘书的存在；没有领导的存在，秘书也就失去了其存在的意义。因此，秘书的人际关系中最本质和最重要的关系就是其与领导的关系。而在一个企业或者政府部门当中，处在管理层的秘书人员往往会面对不同的领导，不仅仅只为一位领导服务，有主管部门的上司，也有其他部门的领导，与领导班子成员之间到底是一种什么样的关系？又该怎样处理这种关系使得领导班子配合默契，提高工作效率？本文试图从秘书与领导相处的角度提出秘书与领导是一种等距关系。并从“等距”的内涵，为什么要“等距”以及怎样保持“等距”关系这三个方面研究秘书与领导的“等距”关系。希望秘书人员在今后的工作中能够坚持等距原则，更好地为领导服务，提高整个组织单位的目标。
