摘要:加工贸易作为一种重要的经济发展形式，是创造深圳奇迹的重要原因之一。深圳出口加工区作为是目前深圳市关税最优惠、通关最快捷，管理最简便、经济最开放的海关监管特定区域，是深圳外贸出口创汇的重要基地之一。在当前严峻的经济形势下，加工贸易企业的生存和发展面临重大挑战。企业应该培养自身品牌，优化产品和市场结构，政府应该积极创造符合企业发展的环境，帮助企业做强做大。只有在企业和政府共同努力下，深圳出口加工区企业才能走出逆境，发展壮大。本文将从经济数据和行业等分析深圳出口加工区企业现状，结合外部环境因素和企业内部因素分析企业处于艰难处境的原因，再分别企业和政府方面阐述企业生存和发展之道。

Abstract:Processing trade as an important development mode of economy, is one of the important reasons of the Shenzhen miracle. Shenzhen export processing zone, which now is a specific area under the customs supervision that carries out the most preferential customs duties, the quickest clearance, the simplest manage and the most open economy management, is one of the important bases of exporting for earning foreign exchange of Shenzhen. Processing trade enterprises are now faced with major challenges in the survival and development in the current tough economic situation. Enterprise should create their own brand of their product, and optimize the product and market structure, the government should actively create a conform development environment to help the enterprise to devolve better and better. The enterprise of Shenzhen export processing zone can overcome the challenge under the corporation of the enterprise and the government.
In this paper, we will analyze the actuality of the enterprises in the Shenzhen export processing zone from the economic data and the industry, and explain the reasons why enterprises meet a challenge in a difficult situation from the external environment factors and internal factors. Finally state the way of survival and development for enterprise form the both parts of enterprise and government.
