摘要：教师道德建设一直都是是教师队伍建设的核心。学校要培养高质量的人才，必须先培养一支具有高素质的教师队伍。当前，随着我国改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立，教师道德建设出现了诸如教师道德失范、教师道德评价存在误区、教师道德创新不够等问题。文章从目前这些教师道德建设中出现的问题出发，从社会根源、教师本身、教育管理制度等方面探析了这些问题形成的原因，最后相应地从教师、学校、社会三个层面提出了能很好地解决这些问题的几大对策与措施。

Abstract：Teachers' morals construction has been is the core of the construction of teachers' team. The school to train high quality talents, must first training has a high quality teachers. At present, along with our country the deepening of reform and opening-up and socialist market economic system, the teacher morality construction progressively establish such as teachers' morals appeared, teacher moral evaluation error thought, teachers' moral innovation problems such as enough. This article from the current these teachers morality construction from the problems of social origin, teacher education management system itself, analyzes the reasons of the formation of these problems, and finally from teachers, school, accordingly put forward three aspects of society can well solve the problem of a few big countermeasures and measures.

选择《目前教师道德存在的问题与对策研究》作为毕业论文的选题，是因为，加强教师道德有着其极重要的意义，它不仅仅关系到下一代的健康成长，而且关系到教师的专业化发展，关系到我国教育事业的成败，甚至关系到社会的精神风貌。当今世界各国普遍关注教师的道德状况，不断加强师德师风建设，认真探索师德建设的方法和途径。而研究教师道德中所存在的问题，分析其原因，找出相应的对策与办法，能更好地为教师道德建设服务。因此，具有很高的研究价值。
我国素来有重视师德建设的传统。但令人忧虑的是，当前，在师资队伍建设中，普遍重视教师队伍的年龄、知识结构、学历和专业技术职务比例、学科带头人的选拔和业务培养，而对教师队伍的思想道德建设重视不够。师资队伍建设中也存在“一手硬、一手软”的情况。随着我国改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立，教师道德建设的任务会更重，要求会更高。这已成为目前教育工作中亟待研究和解决的重要课题。
